Losin' It

I love this song, I won't even lie to you. I'm feeling the Caribbean almost Niger feel of it ya get me? I mean that just could be the African in me wanting to jump up and dance around the tribal fire cause hey I am so politically incorrect like that but never the less...These niggers is UGLY.

They are set for Halloween. For LYFE.

No but for real though, they have talent and shit, I peeped a couple of their other songs and found out that they've been writing songs for the stars forever and a day.

Let's see how long this limelight lasts with their faces, If I were Akon (they're on the Konvict label) I would be beating them back into their cages.

Lord forgive me for telling the truth.

Looking at them makes me wanna get some holy water and start speaking in tongues.

N*E*R*D - Seeing Sounds

WARNING: Purchasing and subsequently listening to this album may cause numerous heart palpitations and a possible stroke.

It is that damn good.

N.E.R.D. has come a long way from their first two albums, it's almost as if they have evolved. Their new sounds still stick close to home with it mind evoking lyrics and raspy erotic undertones but the sound has become so much more than it was.

It's the future, it shows how much all of them have grown, changed and adapted to the new age.

But then again this IS Pharrell Williams we're talking about if there is anything that can remain eternally amazing and sellable it certainly is him.

June 10th ladies and gentleman.

If you don't hear from me after that date you know what happened.

Lyrics Born

So I was browsing last.fm last night trying to find something new to inject into my library when I came across this simple looking man who was prominently displayed on The Roots similar artists page.

Listen and learn my loves.

Hip hop knows no boundaries.

The Declaration: Ashanti

i have always loved Ashanti's music.
not always her lyrics but her music yes.
2 days ago i listened to her entire declaration
and may i say, she's done well with this one.
better that i thought she would actually.
if all you've heard is "the way that i love you"

Gnarls Barkley.
soulful something different in an age of difference
the pics alone give you what you need. without the music Gnarls Barkley s imagination is satisfiying. with the success of the last collection i didnt really think we could get anything too different but here we are. i first heard the single 4run on C.O.A.'s ringtone a few weeks back && i have been feeling the odd couple once more since then. they released this project three weeks early. hmm.
